The ingredients
- Two cups of liquid milk.
- Ten tablespoons of starch.
- Six tablespoons of regular sugar.
- Two cups of gems (cream).
- Two teaspoons of blossom water.
How to prepare
- We put the liquid milk in a bowl over low heat, then add the sugar and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add the values and stir until the ingredients are homogeneous.
- We add starch and continue stirring immediately and quickly so that the milk does not lump.
- Allow the milk mixture to simmer until stirred and condensed.
- Remove it from the heat, add the blossom water, and stir a little.
- Pour the cream into a large, deep bowl, then cover it with nylon paper, let it cool at room temperature first, then put it in the refrigerator until it is completely held together and ready to use.
Cream with ricotta cheese
The ingredients
- Two-thirds of a cup of liquid milk.
- Cup and a third of ricotta cheese.
- Two-thirds of a cup of heavy cream.
- A small pinch of mastic.
- A teaspoon of regular sugar.
How to prepare
- We put the mastic in the refrigerator for ten minutes so that it is easy to grind.
- We put the mastic in a small mortar with the amount of sugar, then grind it well until smooth and become powder.
- Put the milk in a bowl over low heat until it boils.
- Remove the milk from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
- Put the ricotta cheese in a wide bowl, then add the heavy cream and sauté.
- Add the mastic and sugar and continue stirring, then gradually add the milk and stir until we have a firm creamy mixture.
- Cover the cream with nylon paper, then put it in the refrigerator until use.
