HOW TO MAKE CHILLI CHICKEN?

 CHILLI CHICKEN  RECIPE


 Ingredients
Kil half a kilogram of chicken fillet
♡ 1 large onion or two small onions
♡ 1 large bell pepper or two small bell peppers
Tomaten 3 tomatoes
♡ 2 tablespoons salt soy sauce
♡ 2 tablespoons chilli sauce
♡ 1 teaspoon finely ground chilli flakes
♡ 1 teaspoon of black pepper
♡ 1 teaspoon of garlic / ginger paste
♡ sunflower oil for frying
♡ possibly salt to taste (but there is already enough salt in soy sauce)


Preparation method:

Carving

1. Cut the chicken fillet into squares
2. Cut the paparika into square blocks
3. Cut the onion (s) into four equal parts and then into strips of half a centimeter
4. Cut the tomatoes into four equal parts and then into strips of half a centimeter


Baked chicken fillet

1. Put a dash of sunflower oil in a pan and add the garlic / ginger paste to the pan.
2. When the oil is hot, add the chicken fillet.
3. Once the chicken has turned white, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of chili sauce. Use the other half of the sauces later.
4. Bake the chicken fillet golden brown and set the pan aside.


Baked pepper

1. Put a small dash of oil in a pan and add the bell pepper.
2. After a few minutes, add the remaining soy sauce and chilli sauce.
3. Bake it until the pepper no longer feels firm
4. Add the bell pepper in the (wok) pan of the chicken fillet.


Baking Onions

1. Add a small dash of oil to the pan and add the onions.
2. Bake them gently and make sure they do not turn dark brown.
3. Add it in the (wok) pan with chicken fillet and bell pepper.

Baked tomatoes

1. Add a dash of oil to the pan and add the onions.
2. Bake them gently and add it to the pan with chicken fillet, bell pepper and onions.


Steaming

1. Put the frying pan with chicken fillet, bell pepper, onions and tomatoes on the low heat.
2. Optionally, you can add a few spoons of water and some salt if you want.
3. Put the lid on and let it steam gently.
4. Your dish will be ready after approximately 10 - 15 minutes.





Serve with naan bread or Turkish bread. Enjoy your meal!
